The fully funded Knight Science Journalism (KSJ) Fellowship Program is provided annually in the United States.   • Tuition Fees: It covers the full tuition fee of €16,000, and if you’re on a partial bursary, it will still cover up to €2,168.
  • Living Expenses: For those on a full bursary, living expenses of €10,800 are included.
  • No Relocation Funds: Unfortunately, there’s no relocation funding for those on fully funded bursaries.
  • Additional Perks: Both full and partial bursaries cover the cost of a visa, residence permit, medical insurance, and credit insurance.

Eligibility Criteria

There are a few requirements you need to fulfil before you can start this thrilling journey:

  • Nationality: You must be a non-EU/EEA student.
  • Educational Background: You should have completed your Bachelor’s degree outside the Netherlands.
  • No Dutch Degrees: Regrettably, degrees or educational certificates from any Dutch institutions are not eligible.

  • Visa Rules: You need to be in compliance with Dutch visa regulations.
  • Enrollment: You must enroll in an annual study program leading to a Master’s degree to qualify for the scholarship.
